Barbecue Evening

In summer once a week it's time to grill... fish, meat and vegetables. Better yet, a little bit of everything. Freshly prepared by our beloved chef, on the old wood-burning stove. And there's plenty of time for a good chat.

Dessert Buffet

Our dessert buffet is not for the faint of heart... ;-) But you know, chocolate is known for its beneficial effect on the mood! We have known this for a long time, as everyone who comes to our dessert buffet has a radiant smile on their face.

Aperitif Evening

We have a very long tradition of Monday evenings at the Torgglerhof. Once a week we meet up with many lovely people at the Apple Hotel. In this familiar atmosphere, we toast with drinks from the farm shop and excellent snacks from our kitchen. To us!

Wine & Dine

Did you think you'd have to eat dinner alone? Not with us, because at the Wine & Dine evening we provide you with the best company. Lukas, our sommelier, knows his wines perfectly. Glass after glass it will accompany you throughout the evening and provide each dish with that extra something.


A very original Törggelen. Spend the afternoon enjoying our roast chestnuts not at the table, but on a deck chair. And you can't miss a glass of new wine, the Suser, as we call it in South Tyrol. We say: "Yes to wellness, but the way the farmer commands."
