We at the Apple Hotel believe that the gourmet enjoyment tastes even better in a natural outdoor setting and for this reason we like to accommodate our guests outdoors when the weather is warm enough. Guests are free to choose their preferred table, perhaps under the magnificent willow tree in our garden or on the sunny terrace. In the cooler season, guests are invited into the new dining room with a view of the spectacular apple orchards. The menu varies according to the season and includes timeless standards, typical local specialities as well as surprising new reinterpretations of traditional dishes. Do not miss out on fresh Passeier River trout, tender lamb, homemade pasta or a succulent platter consisting of bacon and other local cold meats. Our hearty high-energy vitamin breakfasts provide the best start to your day. For those requesting it, we also cater to lactose-free and gluten-free diets.
Apart from our guests, our restaurant has also been very popular with the locals over the years. The Torgglerhof Restaurant is well known for combining the best in traditional South Tyrolean fare with a taste of the Mediterranean, and not least our hospitality and friendly atmosphere.
