If South Tyrol is the meeting-ground between two cultures, then it is most evident in the kitchen. Our menu includes appetizers and homemade ravioli as well as goulash with dumplings. We offer a number of specialties, but with they all share one thing in common: the freshness of local seasonal produce, all strictly at ‘zero’ km.
A half-board stay at the Apple Hotel includes a salad buffet and freshly made hors d’oeuvres, followed by a light five-course menu of your choice prepared by our chef, Christian and his capable staff. A selection of cheeses with various homemade sauces ends off the meal. Depending on the season, we host theme evenings based on a specific product or ingredient such as the apple, asparagus or chestnuts. We also cater to vegetarian, lactose-free and gluten-free – on request.
